Across borders and disciplines
Matthew’s career has taken him across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, from international stages to private discussions with business and public leaders. Those encounters inform an independent perspective on how industries evolve and how institutions make decisions. He brings these worlds together through his own ventures, research, and public voice.
Matthew’s work centers on a practical question: what makes a physical asset ready to participate in modern financial markets? His focus spans the quality of property information, the governance surrounding it, and the systems that allow institutions to use it with confidence.
Through Building, he develops information infrastructure for real estate finance. Through research and public engagement, he examines how verified data, valuation, compliance, and emerging technologies can support more reliable financial decisions. His experience brings together company building, applied research, and industry dialogue across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
His earlier work in real estate tokenization exposed the legal, valuation, and data challenges that persist after an asset is represented digitally. That experience informs his current emphasis on information continuity, auditability, and the institutional requirements for financial execution.

His publications examine claim-based Asset Records, cryptographic verification of built environment data, and the conditions that allow physical assets to enter digital capital markets. His wider commentary covers tokenization, financial infrastructure, AI, and the role of data in private markets.
